Mai-Khoi and Amanda were married at The Commons 1854 in September 2018. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they exchanged vows in our elegant ballroom. As they walked down the aisle together, we couldn’t tell which was brighter; their smiles or the perfect light shining through the ballroom windows.

Both Amanda and Mai-Khoi’s dresses were made for them. With delicate and romantic details, their dresses were just stunning and fit their personalities and styles perfectly. To accessorize, both Amanda & Mai-Khoi’s bouquets were sprinkled with the most gorgeous paper flowers designed by Katherine Elizabeth Events.

After the ceremony, guests trickled downstairs to our first-floor rotunda and garden space to enjoy cocktail hour. The perfect September air allowed guests to indulge in cocktails and Hors d’ oeuvres on the green while being entertained by lawn games.

The reception details were so unique with greenery and mixed metals. Florist and event planners, Chive Events delivered an earthy, botanical set up. It was truly magical. Each guest table was adorned with greenery and lanterns with gold table numbers. Candles were dangling from the fireplace mantle behind their sweetheart table; which created a perfect backdrop.

Toasts were given, dinner was served and a beautiful celebration on the dance floor all night long provided by Mike from C-Zone. The love in the room was surely unmatched. Congratulations again to A + MK. We wish you both all the love and happiness in the world.
